I found this video on another forum I belong to and it really is a great one, about empowering you and your family and your well being by starting off growing your own food .... yes these people in the video are almost "flower children" in some sense but damn they do have the right idea and they are doing it on 1/10th of a acre (that's the amazing part)

Just as many here talk about bucking the powers to be by fighting unjust actions, these people are fighting unjust corporate powers that would try and control their lives.
