    Arizona ranks 1st.

    PA ranks 20th.

    DC is 51st.

    If you look at the numbers we are actualy tied at 15. The next group ahead of us has one point more and they are bunched up also. I would say it is a rough poll with actualy only a handfull of catagories. I would call them very good, good, decent, bad and Peoples Republic.
    Some people just plain suck.

    Somebody posted it a few weeks ago. It's the same thing. Within a couple points we're actually tied for 2nd (not counting the people really tied for first).

    We LOST a point for CC because our LTCF is easy to get (less reciprocity), which is kinda silly.
