I agree they have great customer service. They were out of stock on the black Magpul CTR stock for my kit I ordered and didn't know when they would be in. Laura called and offered to change all the furniture to green at no charge since they had the green CTR in stock.

Del-Ton stinks. I have personal experience with them. I bought an upper from then and had to send it back for work. While they had it they scratched the hell out of the barrel and put a ding on the gas port. The upper was new and looked nice when I bought it from them, but in less than a month it looked like hell. Del-Ton refused to do anything about it. It was sad that they damaged my upper, it was sadder that they would not do anything about it. I will never buy anything from them, and this is all persona experience not something I heard.

I had a great experience with Del-Ton

I needed my upper in a hurry, 2 days.
On the day I ordered they told me via email everything was in stock.
2 hours later I got an email that something I had ordered was unfortunately out of stock, and they asked me to call them.
Well the barrel I ordered was out of stock and they would like to substitute with a more expensive chrome lined barrel AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!

And for my troubles, they sent everything OVERNIGHT!
Had everything the very next day!

hmm... i am playing the waiting game... lol

i will keep in mind the other persons bad exp. but from everything i hear its all good... not the GREATEST parts, but not at all bad for the money...

once i get it in the mail i will put it all together and post up pictures...

I AM TIRED OF WAITING!! lol

its in the MAIL!!!! whoohoo!! coming from the carolinas i should have it in two days or less!! this means i will have an easter project to do!!!

(holidays are just days off to me since i dont have family out here, means i get lots of "to do list" things done)
