I DID IT!
I have been seriously considering a Machine Gun for the past couple of months.
And I thought to myself, if I could have one Machine Gun, what would it be? And I decided, it is an HK MP5. (I always wanted one, ever since I saw Die Hard)
Well I am not really trying to spend $20K for one gun, so instead I decided on a Fleming Sear.
I currently have an MP5 that was built from a demilled factory MP5 with a SW receiver. The build was done by Jayson Cotter at Investment Grade Firearms (IGF).
He did an amazing job, and I am extremely pleased with it.
It was built as a pistol with the plan to make it an SBR.
The one you see in the photo, will be sent out to RDTS to have an SD package done on it.
I am having Jayson build me another that I will keep in its original MP5-N configuration, with Ambi Navy lower, and 3 Lug/Threaded Barrel.
I also am waiting for my CA89K, that I will convert into an MP5K.
So now with a registered Sear, I can switch it from one gun to the other.... and have a shit load of fun...
So I just bought a New, never installed Fleming Sear from my dealer today.
To say that I am extremely excited, would be an understatement...
This will be my first full auto... and I can't friggin wait.
Here is the current MP5 build that I have.
I plan to change the lower housing to a 3 position Ambi Navy lower (pictogram).
Does anyone else here have a Sear Gun?Last edited by RONNIE77; March 21st, 2009 at 08:25 PM.

Re: I DID IT!
My dealer is JB Arms in Upper Darby, PA.
I will put the retractable "F" (French) Style stock on the SD, and put the A2 butt stock on the MP5-N..ZRT -SECTOR-7

Dude, you set your sights pretty high for a first timer. If you add anything else to the collection in the future you will probably be disappointed
Great work, congrats.
Can I get a chance to shoot it?

Re: I DID IT!
Dare I point out that an MP-5 isn't a machinegun or will i be beaten? Oh yea, how does it shoot?

Re: I DID IT!
Hmm. How do you expect to fit a suppressor to that?
Yes. I am jealous.
