Worst State for gun owners?

So who gets the award? Which state is the worst state for legal gun owners? I would say Illinois because of their FOID card and the fact they have no CCL's.

Illinois takes that hands down. No handguns in some municipalities, FOID, etc, etc.. really restrictive OC.

At least in rural areas of NY and CA you can get a permit, and if you have money or connections you can in HI, MD and NJ.

CT, RI and MA aren't as bad as we all like to think, they aren't PA, VT or AK - but they aren't IL or DC at all. MA nonresident licenses are somewhat easy to get.

WI is open carry legal.

Since I could only vote for one I chose New Jersey. There are some other States listed that may be worse but, I have family living there and must leave any firearms at home when going for a visit.

I understand Aran's point of view. I went with Illinois for previously stated reasons.

I was never happier than when I moved out if Illinois.

I'm not up on Hawaii law I think they're way up there, but my vote goes for ILL.

Although did anyone else read a couple months ago in the American Rifleman where a pizza delivery guy, who had been robbed a number of times, had successfully petitioned and won a permit?

I actually don't imagine Obama would be much worse than Hillary (w.r.t. the Second Amendment), once his constituency is the entire US rather than just IL.
