    Default Just Picked Up My First Handgun

    well after tons of research and bouncing from shop to shop to check things out i finally settled on a new Ruger P95. now i need to find a good range or sportsmans club and find the time to get out.

    everyone has been a big help with learning everything i have so far so thanks to all.

    Congats on the P95 i had one a few years ago it was a very accurate and reliable pistol, what caliber is it.

    Congrats on the purchase.

    But.... you got a brand new gun and no where to shoot it.
    You're gonna be miserable staring at it until you can get a chance to shoot it.
    That's like having a girlfriend who wants to have hot steamy sex with you.... and nowhere to do it.

    I'd have to say there's a lot less places you could shoot the Ruger.

    Congrats on the Ruger P95! Its a reliable, durable, accurate, great feeling and shooting handgun. I currently own two of them (one is actually in the classifieds, i wanna trade it for a Ruger LCP).

    I think they are spectacular handguns for the price, and just a spectacular gun regardless of price.

    Now get out there and shoot it, i'm sure you'll love it!

    My P95 has ate everything I've ever fed it without even a burp. After 10s of thousands of rounds (with lots of lead reloads) the only thing I've had to do was replace a weak magazine release spring (a 99 cent part.) Hope you have as much fun with yours as I do with mine.
