When I first read the title, or I should say mis-read the title, I was kinda pissed. Then I read the linked story, and I said, "Oh, well that's good, right?" I mean, you can look at it as Fla asserting state rights over local rights, which might actually be in ine with the state constitution, or you can look at it as Fla pressuring local governments to come a little closer to 2A. Either way, my opinion as a former citizen of the State of Florida is that they are a little fugged up with regard to gun laws.
