How many Mags is to much?

So since the AWB sunset ive been buying AR15 mags since they are around 10 bucks a piece.

im up to a grand total of over 40 Ar mags and i have a sickness to buy more
i just dont know if i should or not.

I was into guns back in 94 and i saw mags start selling for around $40 dollars for old beat to death mags.

Just how many mags is enough if another ban happens? I have 3 ARs

That amount for each AR should do, but throw in a Beta-C for each for good measure!

If you can afford it, then I say go ahead and buy more. It will only benefit you in the long run if (god forbid) this garbage passes again.

At $10 a pop for USGI, can't say that I blame you.

Realistically, I only "need" six 30 round magazines for an AR or AK, but it doesn't hurt to have a bunch of them.

I try to have 12 mags and 1 in the rifle . SO around 13 each.

this can get pricey....

Ar mags aint bad but when you get into German .223 Weigers ( $25-30 ) and HK33 mags $30-65 a pop things slow down.

If you end up with more mags than you have ammo for , then you might be going a bit over board

i know what you mean smith and wesson mags arnt cheep i bought 2 17rd 9mm M&P mags for a total of $78.00

And the ruger mini 14 factory 20rd mags are not cheep either at $50 each..luckily i bought 4 NIB from a guy for $100 2 years ago

The way things are going its my fear that the next ban will not have a sunset clause so buy, buy and buy! Also, look carefully at your pistol mags and make sure you have way more than enough.
