Thumbs down Beretta does not stand behind their junk...

Had a 1301 that would not cycle ammo.
After weeks of trying to get Beretta to reply, they sent a UPS label to send it to their 3rd party for repair.

Got it back with a slip saying forend replaced. Same problems.

Another nonsense round of hounding big wigs. Had a phone call with a John on 7/26 saying if not ifxed this time we'll buy it back. Great.

Another UPS label from them so sent back a SECOND time. Received it back weeks later & nothing was fixed. Same problems.

Get the run around again. Go higher up the chain for weeks until I get a call from a Ted Somers. Send it back for a THIRD time. LOL what? GFY!

Refused to buy back & claimed I was never told that.

Will never own or buy anything from Beretta again.

A shame because I had a few CX4 Storms a while back that I did enjoy...

Because shipping cost more than they*re worth, throw it in the trash and buy another one.

This sucks to hear about Beretta. I was considering an APX-A1 full-size, but maybe best I held off.

A customer bought a brand new Beretta Tomcat in .32
He had it shipped here. On logging it in, I noticed it was very difficult to operate. Barrel would spring open, barrel very difficult to lock back into place, slide difficult to retract and a couple other issues.

When he picked it up, he test fired it here in the shop. Malfunction after malfunction. Unusable and unsatisfactory. I*ve personally never seen one of these little guns in such bad shape.

He contacted Beretta and they sent a call tag. Within two days, I had an email from Beretta asking for my ffl. Two days after that a brand new 3032 showed up at the shop.

That*s pretty good customer service. Sorry yours was so awful.

It seems all customer service has gotten spotty at best. Had a pp 10 have issues went thourgh a few rps before finally got one that handled it very promply and had it back to me quickly the other two or threes idea of service was getting rid of me as quickly as posible. Now Ruger mid price gun with really great service but we'll see how long that lasts

I will say that S&W customer service is awesome. I broke a rifle & sent it to them for repair. I expected to have to pay for the work since I broke it. Nope, they fixed it for free.

I had to send the Neos .22lr pistol back to them for a recall on the firing pin assembly. They sent me a label and it was back to me in 10 days. The trigger was awful in it, so down the road it went.
