Re: CRS Firearms found guilty
The big take-away in this case is that the public at large hears "machine gun" and their brain just defaults to "guilty." As evidenced by this case's jury. In the days leading up to the verdict, Matt posted several updates on Youtube about how his defense absolutely destroyed the prosecution and made fools out of the ATF. I'm sure they did, in his and our eyes. The problem is everyone in the jury made up their minds on the first day of trial. Machine gun = guilty.
NFA reform is a long, long way away as long as the public at large sees machine guns as the sole domain of criminals.
Of course I am certain that the prosecution made 100% sure there was not a single pro-2A gun enthusiast seated on that jury, to seal Matt's fate.Any mission, any conditions, any foe at any range.
Twice the mayhem, triple the force.
Ten times the action, total hardcore.

The term shall also include the frame or receiver of any such weapon, any part designed and intended solely and exclusively, or combination of parts designed and intended, for use in converting a weapon into a machinegun, and any combination of parts from which a machinegun can be assembled if such parts are in the possession or under the control of a person."Attorney Phil Kline, AKA gunlawyer001@gmail.com

Re: CRS Firearms found guilty
I*m finding different pictures on the net. Some are the outline printed on metal with black ink. Some are the outline etched deeply into the metal. Those almost look like *punch out* plastic parts. My opinion is neither should matter unless it is cut out, but I didn*t sit on the jury.
