Our rights in Pennsylvania; ‘The Mob’ violence - Our protection + property rights❓
Hello All,
In light of the current climate of unrest, and all the craziness of private citizens being arrested and charged with felonies in other states (Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan) and police and prosecutors offices not being on the side of us private citizens; What are our rights in Pennsylvania to defend ourselves and our private property if confronted with ‘The Mob’ ?
I understand we have the ‘Castle Law’, but can we leverage it if warranted ? I reside in Delaware County and the Pennsylvania State Police are our township police. I’m very interested in hearing from anyone including a State Trooper, Prosecutor, Attorney, or Pennsylvania Representative or Senator that can speak to this topic without offering any direct legal advice.
Best Regards,

US Law Shield holds seminars on a regular basis in different locations. I recommend you attend one and ask questions.

Hi Walleye,
Appreciate your input...It’s just that U.S. Law Shield may not be versed with the intricacies of Pennsylvania law...But I’ll certainly consider investigating what they have to say...David Larkins

Should be free.
While they will summarize PA gun law and answer any questions.
They will be trying to get everyone who attends; to sign up as a customer.
BTW; I have US Law Shield.
I became a customer at one of their seminars.
And since signing up several years ago; I've used them several times to answer questions.
Example: I asked them to confirm my understanding of the legality of carrying long guns at the Pittsburgh rally.
They said I was correct in that we could legally carry long guns AND they would cover me if any police decided to arrest me.--ET

Any nuance involves your locality and whether the DA is on the BLM/ANTIFA payroll.
That would be my primary focus.
