introduction/self promotion

Hey shooters,

I'm new to the forum and wanted to introduce myself. I've been a PA resident in Chester or Delaware county all 30 years except for the greatest 4 years of my life I spent in State College at PSU. I've been shooting since I was about 10, and enjoy target shooting and sporting clay. I eventually see myself training for amateur 3Gun competitions because they look like they are so much fun. The reasons I decided to join here are both personal and for business. On the personal side, I know there is a wealth of knowledge here that can help me become a better shooter. I'm also looking to get more involved in group shoots because if they are anything like going to a car show, I'm sure it's all great conversation and even more fun. Another thing I hope to learn is more about PA hunting. I've never been on a true hunt, the closest I've come is varmint shooting on private land years ago. I would like to eventually try duck and deer hunting because they taste good, and goose hunting because I hate those hissing bastards.

I also mentioned that I joined for business purposes. I would like to share what I do, but I want to do it the RIGHT WAY. I've read posts by some people trying to do this but they have gotten flamed for one reason or another. I know one strike against me from the start is that this is only my 5th post.

I would really like some feedback and suggestions from members as to the best way to promote my business here without sounding sleazy or completely selfish. I completely stand behind what I do and love doing it every day.

You are correct their are a lot of regular flamers here.
