    Default Non Resident CCW

Hi, I'm from Massachusetts and was wondering how I would go about applying for my Non Resident CCW, I have my LTC in MA already and I go to Pennsylvania every so often to visit a friend. Is there a website that anyone could direct me to?

Check out the website of the county sheriff from the county(s) you visit or pass through. The PA License to Carry Firearms (LTCF) is issued by the county sheriff in all counties except for Philadelphia.

You need to drive/fly to Pennsylvania and apply at one of the non-resident issue friendly sheriffs.

If you mean Washington COUNTY, no, according to the forum counties page (and it's horribly outdated) Washington COUNTY does not issue non-resident LTCF's, although by state law they all should.

Take a look at this PA Counties map and see which are near to your travels,

then try this forum page and look up that county, keeping in mind the counties page here hasn't been updated in years. You might still be able to at least get to the different sheriff websites via the link below.

Definitely do you research as far as turnaround time. Here in Delaware county it will take you 45+ days to get it, other counties guys are walking out with them 20 minutes from the time they walk in the sheriff's door.
