Rifle buyer disappeared, wt. to do next

3 Months ago I had a bidder on Gun Broker give the highest bid, as per what Gun Broker told both of us. I have yet to hear from the bidder, and wonder what I do to get this straightened out. All of our conversation was via G.B., but it is no longer available for reading. Anyone have an e-mail address for G.B.??

DO report him to GB as a deadbeat bidder, so he gets banned - and doesn't stiff you, or someone else, again.

From now on be sure to include "Payment is due within 10 days of winning bid or buyer forfeits." and start taking screen shots of every conversation.

not sure how GB works or what not, but if they won the auction and failed to pay, report him for violation of T&C, Give him bad report, Etc. however you may want to limit your payment time to 24-48 hours. (if you can), this way you can get your item back up quickly, once the issue is resolved.

take a gander at ebay now. a lot sellers are or have multiple accounts, you bid below what they want, they bid just a little more. you bid again, and they do the same thing. until you are paying full "BRAND NEW PRODUCT PRICE" for a used beat to crap item. go with your gut, watch the trends. know your bidders. it is a gamble, repost it and good luck.
