Mtdew - Love the gun (have 2) love the can (have 1). Have you put elevated sites on it yet? if so what brand did you decide on? I've got my trident 9 on a glock 19 with factory site's and I just dont like it but havent decided which elevated site's I want yet. Just lookin for idea's. Are you going to be at the sept shoot?

    Cheers,
    josh

oh, what barrel did you go with?

I haven't put tall sights on it yet. When I do they will be ameriglo.

    Front Sight: GL-112-300 (Front Sight Green .300h x .140w)

    Rear Sight: GTR-100 (Green 10.0mm)

as for the barrel it is a lone wolf.

I *may* be at the Sept shoot. do you plan on going youself?

I do plan on being there for the shoot!

I went with the LWD barrel as well. How does the rifling look at the end of the barrel for yours? Mine look's like they rifled it after crowning it. It's weird to discribe but you can feel where the grooves are on the crown of the barrel. Doesn't change how it functions, I just thought it was weird.

Are you going to have the sight's on by the sept shoot?

    Cheers,
    josh

    Josh,

As for the barrel it seems normal to me (I never noticed before).

I actually dont plan on having the sights on the gun by then. The tall sights aren't a top priority as the cans normal home is here..

And I still need to finish building a co-axial 9mm can (actyally a copy of a[original] MK9) and a dedicated ciener upper before the silencer shoot in Georga on the 22.

It would be nice to get a few people w/ cans at the shoot to compare different cans and hosts. I wonder if they would go for 10 minutes of supressed only shooting (kind of like a demo)

That might just work! I'm sure if we ask nice they would let us. I know FA223 has a CCF/swiss can in 9mm and 45acp, one steel one carbonfiber.

That set up is about what I'm looking to do next, just waiting for the correct lower so I can send in the ATF form 1 for the SBR!

I sent a PM to Beartitan earlier tonight asking if it would be possible for a supressed only block of time at the sept shoot. Hopefully it will be allowed.
