Thinking about selling my new 9MM EMP

I now have 525 rounds on my brand new Springfield Arms EMP. Totally broken in acording to those who have them and know more than I about them. My track record for the first 525 rounds is as follows:

1) One light primer hit with Winchester FMJ 115.
2) One JHP feed problem when firing under 150 rounds.
3) One FMJ extractor failure.

According to the experts on this gun I would have only one failure in 525 break in rounds, that being the extractor failure. The light primer was an ammo issue and the JHP feed was an early break in issue.

Having been through all this I'm thinking my Sig 229 in 40 is still my primary home gun. I wanted to try the 9MM in 1911 style and I do love the feel but think I may stay with the 40.

My serial # is in the 31XX so it's recent manufacture. If I sell I will ask $950 which is definately a bit less than I paid for the gun.

Just wondering if there is any interest and what the EMP owner's thoughts are.

I think those numbers are good compared to what others have had. I wish I had an EMP I've been waiting for 2 months now... I'm about to cry.

I'd run it to 1000 and see if you have anymore issues, those numbers arent anything shocking.

Hey CG, Springfield stands behind their products. Put it in their hands and they will take care of it. They will even pay the freight. Call them and arrange shipment to them. You will have it back before you can Lycansomethingorotherthrope...Hang in there...Mike45
