Inaccuracies in the NFRTR
As some of you may know, I have worked on a legal Article, for submission to a Law Journal, for about 6-8 months now. I have made some new allies and some info of which I leaked to NFAOA and Ryan Horsley (Reds Trading Post). The Article reviews the NFA from the beginning to the end, including the Congressional Hearings from the late 1970's to the present, and the current legal issues. While it is not for the faint of heart (90 some pages), I wanted to make it available to my brethren. It is available at www.princelaw.com/violatingdueprocess.pdf. I have submitted it to several Law Journals for possible publication. If they choose to publish it, I will have to pull it off the site because of contractual obligations with regards to publication.
I tried to post it in the Articles section, but it kept erring out. Anyway, like always, positive and negative feedback always welcome.
