PAFOA Group Shoot Leader

we need to nominate someone who is a member of PMSC to be the leader of the group shoots. also a "Jedi Counsel" needs to be formed of PMSC members and poofa members.

so far i have been nominated by Notenoughguns
reason being, i butt heads with Bear really well..... thats not my intention to do so.

If you have the willingness then go ahead, you certainly are capable.

I'm not sure why it's being done here on PAFOA though, as this is more of an issue that needs to be dealt with by PMSC members.

Honestly, there are too many threads happening all at once, as though there's a fire that must be put out immediately. There are things that need to be fixed, and things that need to be done, but I'm seeing the potential for more headaches than there needs to be due to all of this "rushing" around.

In my opinion, these issues/discussions need to be centralized.
That's already taking place on the PMSC end of it.

Honestly, this thread might not be as productive as it could be. There is a lot of stuff going on and things get confused. Personally I would gather the Jedi Counsel FIRST and get them together somehow.

I wouldn't underestimate the importance of this. I mentioned something to this effect over on the PMSC forum.

Not because I think that Bear is some sort of nemesis that needs kept at bay (:P), but because I do think it's important that a "leader" be able to navigate the personalities involved in club politics.
