Carricker had been arrested in 2003 and charged with possession of a weapon without a license, carrying a firearm in public and drug possession, according to Philadelphia court records.
He eventually pleaded guilty to having a firearm without a license and the other charges were dropped. He was placed on three years probation and made to pay over $1,000 in costs

It seems this is a felony 3rd Degree so once more Gun Control fails since he should have been a prohibited person. It also makes him liable for Federal Prosecution which shall probably never happen. Besides who knows what Krasner is going to do.

Oh I would love for the feds to cut in and snatch the case out of Krapner's clutches!
