Habitat for Humanity to buy forclosed homes...
http://www.poconorecord.com/apps/pbc...NEWS/901220333
Wow this is just really messed up... This is like taking one person's home that they lost to the bank, buying it with tax payer money, and then giving it to someone else at an insanely low intrest rate and cost.
Thank you federal gov't for helping as usual! The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.
Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.

So if you lose you home you become homeless, but someone else that is homeless gets your home. Hmmm sounds like a vicious cycle to me. In Excel this would be a circular reference and wouldn't work. I expect the same results with this.

Seems simple. Quit paying your mortgage, lose your home, apply to HFH, get your home back - in better shape than when you left it!
