Default oh man i'm in trouble!

IT'S SNOWING TO BEAT THE BAND outside of my office here in wexford. i drive a car with 376 ftlbs of torque to the wheels and dunlop st sport signature tires...

in other words.......no traction in the snow. hopefully at 18:00 when i leave here the roads will still just be wet and NOT snow covered. If they are, anyone who lives in the Wexford/Cranberry area care to have a tennant tonight? lol

yep... i have the same problem with my car... ass-load of torque, rear wheel drive, and super-wide toyo TR-1's (great on wet & dry, and do not get any grip what-so-ever in even the scantest of snowfalls). which is why I winterized it yesterday. Blizzak snow tires rule.
The last thing I want to do is hurt you... but believe me, it's on the damned list.

Yup....time to put the rwd car away for the winter. I didn't drive my s2000 this summer because gas was crazy so she's been sleeping for a while. But ya...I never drive it in the winter.

What are you talking about, rwd is the way to go, I have a 98 mustang and put 4 nokia snows on steel wheels and have a blast till the snows over 8 inches deep. then out comes the gallant vr-4 all wheel drive which is even more fun. let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!!!

I feel your pain. my daily driver is a firebird formula. right now i've got 275/40/18's on the back ("snow shoes" as i like to call them cuz they like to ride on top of the snow). I've got some rims with some 225/60/16 snow tires on them that i haven't gotten around to putting on yet.
