HELP What do a resident Alien need for a LTCF
Sheriff Office just called my friend in regards to his LTCF (York County) and left a message saying that the laws have change a good bit in regards to Resident Alien obtaining a permit. Any body knows what is needed?

Question answered the Deputy called back and was very nice from what I understand and wanted proof of residency. BTW nothing was mentioned about the out of state references.

So far as I know, you just have to show your green-card (or pink-card, depending on when you got it!), you might have to show a couple of months of bills, just to prove you live where you say you do.
Other than that, it should be all the same. Try the search function, I know we talked about this before.==============

it's 90 days worth of utility bills/rent/paystubs proving residency. Same for resident alien purchase.
