    Default Weatherby Collectors

    Hey,

Anyone out there a Weatherby collector? I have a 1954 Weatherby .270 Magnum. It has a FN Belgim action with a crome bore and crome chamber, German looking Stags etched on the floor plate. This is an original Weatherby. Just trying to find out the value of it.

The rifle would have to be seen in person to make a fair determination as to value. Condition is everything. The rifle was made in South Gate, CA. The action was produced by FN in Belgium. The left handed actions were produced by Mathieu. .270 Weatherby Mag. is fairly common. If it was a .220 Weatherby Rocket it would be worth considerably more.
Try and get some photos up.
