    Default Makarov Grips

So I have the Hi Cap 10 round Makarov, IJ70-18AH. Anyone know where to pick up some grips for this? I'd like to slim it down a bit, those factory grips aren't that great IMO. Anyone have experience with the Pierce grips? I would like some wood grips for it, but I haven't seen any for sale. Thanks guys!

i have the pierce grips and they are good, if you want wood grips you need to look at dennis marschalko's grips, he makes teh best ones for this model.

Take a look over on Gunsnet and look for Zee. He pours custom grips in any color.

Thanks for the input so far guys. I like those dennis marschalko grips, those are sweet. Do the pierce grips slim down the gun a bit? If you have the hi cap mak you know what I'm talking about, it's a thick gun with the thumb groove.

not really, but the feel is different and more comfortable. sort of a "perceived" slimming, but not an actual smaller measurement. they aren't too expensive, so you might want to try them, but you probably won't know if they are right for you until you do.

    dennis's grips ARE slimmer though.
