Re: Looking for a range
Not sure if you got the memo, but there are Aholes everywhere you go.
I belong to Elverson Gun Club and I can bring a guest, so if you want to go shooting sometime let me know. I am off Tuesdays and Sundays. The Club has a limit of 400 members and I believe it's at capacity, but you can always apply towards the end of the calendar year.
I also belong to another club in Bechtelsville that's closer to me. If you want to do some running and gunning, that is the club to visit.

French Creek has an indoor pistol range & I have never seen thug types there on the weekends. On one occasion, some guy took up way too much space with his range gear... that's the worst encounter I have had in 2+ years of shooting there.

Re: Looking for a range
The state game lands near French Creek Park (not to be confused with the aforementioned French Creek Outfitters) is free and public. The a-hole issue is up to you to decide. 3 rounds at a time, so you can't just blast away.

Re: Looking for a range
I would also recommend French Creek.
I have been a member two years no problems.
Large lot with free parking.I'd rather have a gun in my hand then a cop on the phone.
