Legality of shipping preban Glock magazines from PA to MA?
I am having a tough time finding a clear-cut answer to this question.
Assume the magazine(s) in question are clearly pre-ban, FML, square notch, with correct caliber font placement and cutout dots above the '14' and '15' round counters. No 'Restricted' language on the back of the tube... All the telltale indicators of pre-94 mags.
Is it correct that a MA resident can legally purchase from a PA seller, and that they just need to show a copy of their "LTCF-A" (whatever that is), to prove that that are allowed to own these grandfathered mags in MA?
What risks would the seller be assuming in this case? Is it too risky and vague to even consider?

Sorry I can't help. But this isn't what a free country looks like.

I do not have any legal insight. I have practical insight. Are you sure you want to be involved in this? What can this cost you if you make a mistake (or not)?

If they*re legal and the buyer is legal then sell them. They are worth a premium there.
LTC-A: This license allows purchase any firearm legal in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, are authorized to own "large capacity" firearms holding greater than 10 rounds assuming the magazine is "pre-ban" (Manufactured prior to September 13, 1994) post ban high-capacity magazines are not legal in Massachusetts with ...Today was a good day!

Under Federal law this would work for long guns, and could be transferred at an FFL in any state, I believe.
Otherwise the transfer must be performed at an FFL in the buyers home state of residence, so
it/they would have to be shipped to the MA FFL, or the Seller would have to drive it/them there. No legal
way for the Buyer to "come and get them", unfortunately. Again, Federal law, because this is an interstate transfer.
No cites, hopefully the buyer and seller will perform their due diligence.
"The truth is out there"While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

Strange women lying in ponds, distributing swords, is no basis for a system of government.
