My Daughter and My Revolver are both Moving to Deleware
When my daughter turned 21 I gave her my old Smith & Wesson model 19 .357 magnum revolver for home defense. We live in Pennsylvania so we did not have to do an "official" transfer since the gun was going from father to daughter which is exempt. Now she is moving to Deleware and taking the revolver with her as she should. Do we have to do anything for her to do this legally? Please help.
