    Default Field & Stream and Cannon safes

    I'm not a big fan of Dick's Sporting Goods, but I need a safe for gun storage and they have the Field & Stream models reasonably priced. TSC also has Cannon safes that appear similar.

    I'm mostly looking for decent secure storage to keep out casual visitors (mostly my kids' teenage friends), not a safe that needs to withstand someone who has planned determination to break into it or an apocalypse.


    These safes seem decent for the money and have the cylindrical locks instead of flat bars. And do most prefer the mechanical combination or electronic. Any thoughts on them? Thanks.
