    Default Philadelphia LTCF "considerations" letter

I just came across this on the web today, and I'm curious as to what the rest of you think.

Especially the "MUST inform the officer IMMEDIATELY" and nos. 10 & 11.

I apologize in advance if this has been posted before.

You must practice care and safety in carrying a concealed firearm, below is a few of the many considerations you should bear in mind when carrying a firearm
As the issuing authority, I feel a duty to offer some words of caution and advice.
Though it comes across that you are required by law to inform an officer that you are carrying, even the heading makes it clear that the information provided is just advice and some considerations the police commissioner want you to follow. Only a few of the points are actually law.

ETA: I totally agree with number 11, though it is not law. Number 10 is just a bunch of hogwash, just a scare tactic. Should you store your weapon long term in a vehicle, no, will you lose your license if you do and it gets stolen, absolutely not.

I am not a lawyer and nothing I say should be construed as legal advice.

Yes, discussed many times before and it's just Philly making up their own rules. And until folks start challenging them, like thru the courts, notihng will change as long as they can get away with it
