    Angry Phila loses again

The city administration is again waisting tax payer money through litigation to fulfill their fantasy of getting their own set of gun laws. Today, they lost again in the superior court which struck down Philadelphia semi-auto rifle ban and a per gun a month limitation on handgun purchases. The Pa. State Supreme Court would being taking judicial activism to a new level if they side with the city upon appeal. A Pennsylvania Supreme Court struck down an anti-gun ownership city ordinance in the past, and having no constitutional basis to change their opinion, this Supreme Court will have no choice to uphold the prior decision. What is Nutter to do??

Ahhhhh... the sweet smell of justice.
It's less dangerous to try to chisel away at responsible gun owners than address the actual problem. I guess they'd rather look stupid than get shot at correcting their mess.
A little off topic, am I the only one the thinks nutter looks like a Muppet with Downs syndrome?
