In any case, 22 y/o Saddiq Washington is in custody and charged with 1st degree homicide. His mother was driving the vehicle. Wouldn't be surprised if she was the one who was pissed at the slow driver and told him to get his sorry ass out the car and shoot him. She did pull over after all.

Troubling part is allegedly the gun was legal and the POS had just gotten a LTCF. This is the third shooting involving a LTCF holder in recent weeks...the other two being the "mass shooting" on South St in Philly (although one of those was issued in error due to bureaucratic incompetence). This shit gives anti-gunners argument against CCW and the oft made claim that CCW licensees are peaceful and law-abiding.

Friends of mine still live in Collingdale and I was down there recently. It gets pretty dark down there starting at the Springfield Trolley Station. I helped my friends get fitted with IIIA vests so they could go food shopping. When I go down there I carry my MK25 in a shoulder holster, maybe I should wear my IIIA plates the next time I go down there.

A friend I grew up with is the Springfield PD Sergeant perp-walking the POS. I had to mute the vid...I simply can't stand to hear the affectation on that anchor fella. Anyway, yeah, best to stay out of most of east Delco, especially after dark.

Slow. My neighbors dad is up from georgia, he passed him because he was driving too slow.
And hes in his 70s and drives normal.
