MKIII & Maria
I decided to take a picture of the MKIII with the Outback II. I also mounted the red dot on Maria, so I took a picture of her too.

I haven't taken pictures in a while, so I figured I'd share.

John,
I thought it was traditional to name your guns after women. BTW, have you seen what Maria looks like? She is HOT.
Randy at CPC did the threading on the MKIII, he also did the work on my 10/22.
Honestly, I didn't even shoot the IZH35M yet. I just bough the 30mm rings for it last week, so I haven't had the time. I will have her out by the end of the week. The IZH will outshoot the MKIII because it will feed on any ammo. I've heard so many people say that the IZH prefers the cheap ammo, which is good news.

Re: MKIII & Maria
No, no Aubie. This is hot: http://stores.homestead.com/Laruetac...sterresize.jpg. You need help!!!!
BTW: my gunsmith reworked my MK3 too: threaded the muzzle, removed the kill switch, added an overtravel screw. I have a PDP2 on it and use an AAC Pilot on it. Maybe we ought to get together somewhere and have a shootout!!!!
Just remembered something important. You may want to disable the loaded chamber indicator. I know I'm not the first person to have his bolt locked forward on a live round and unable to fire it when the LCI arm went behind the rim. I had to disassemble the gun at the range with the muzzle facing the berm (in case it went off) so I could safely take it home.
