Default Anyone preparing for the G20?

And I'm not talking about the event... I'm talking about the protesters/rioters in Pittsburgh that day. Is anyone going to condition orange and preparing for possible violent acts by "protesters" like them setting fires to cars in tunnels, attacks on police, spraying human waste on people and other such non-sense?

From what I hear businesses are battening down the hatches in preparation for these so called "protesters" to avoid bricks thru windows and other civil unrest. It's be interesting to see how this G20 will differ from the rest since it's going to be in a place that is teaming with armed citizens

Here is a video I made for you guys... listen thru to the end:

Edit: I would like to note that the audio is from the Quinn & Rose show out of Pittsburgh.

just watched the news and got pictures from downtown today - there are over 4000 police officers from far away as florida plus they have the national guard- they were prepared for 35000 protesters - they're guessing 4000 now at tops. It's a big pain in the ass for nothing.

my observations from walking around downtown, the strip, lawrenceville, and the southside are that there aren't nearly as many businesses boarded up as the media is making it sound like. there are a few, but just a few.

i have "prepared" by packing a few extra tactical anti-pee-and-poo ponchos and digging out some old boots and clothes to wear tomorrow when i go watch the festivities.

and i bought a tiny little digital camera for $10. it takes ok, not great, pics. but, if it gets destroyed or confiscated, i'm only out $10. plus it's tiny...i'ts like something out of a james bond movie.

Does body armor count as preparation?

Well, Wednesday was training day. ( http://resistg20.org/calendar ) Thursday and Friday are the big days. I hope for the sake of safety it's a non-issue. I hope for the sake of the G20 it's a madhouse.

My whole office is working from home Thursday and Friday.
