Couldn't find a written article, but link to audio from conversation on Rich Zeoli Show, 1210 WPHT radio with firearms attorney Joshua Prince who won a 2A rights restoration case involving a guy who was 302'd as a teen for a suicidal gesture who later went on to serve honorably in the USA and later as a C.O. but was denied the right to possess a firearm other than when in his official law enforcement capacity. Case is narrow to this one defendant and feds have option to appeal, but it's promising progress for good and responsible people stuck in a similar predicament and seeking federal relief...
