WTS/WTT: wz. 88 Tantal (AK74) Philadelphia area

First off, I love this rifle. I need to sell it because I want to make up for some of the money I just spent buying more pistols, and because I want to get into AK building.

This is a commercially built and purchased AK 74 type rifle based on the Polish wz 88 Tantal. I purchased it from Atlantic Firearms for $600. It fires the 5.45x39mm round which ammo is really cheap for right now. To see what this rifle looks like, just go to their site, it is the folding stock version.

It is in pristine condition, I shoot my pistols more often due to there not being any long distance ranges here in the Philly area, this rifle fired 150 rnds through it. Bore is like a rolled up mirror. It has the minor handling marks associated with simply using the weapon.

This rifle is already 922r compliant (if you don't know what this is, look it up). It is built on a high quality Armory USA receiver (1), has the US FCG (3), gas piston (1) and US made pistol grip (1). The rest are original Polish parts. Muzzle break has some tiny areas that had some rust on it, I cleaned it off, and you can clean it off more when you own it (see pics, that is NOT the barrel, that is the muzzle attachment, barrel and bore have no rusting or blemishes).

I will provide 2 magazines with this rifle. They are East German modified mags. They were modified by someone else to fit in a Galil, these mags work fine in this rifle and the mods are slight and not visually noticeable.

I'm offering the opportunity for a FTF inspection in the Philadelphia area and areas within reasonable travel distance, you'll only have to look at my ugly mug one time, buy or not. This has to be discreet so as not to appear I'm selling guns out of my trunk on the black market. Inside a gun store or in a gun store parking lot should be good, preferably Classic Pistol up in Southampton, or perhaps Surplus City. You can field strip it there or I'll do it for you if you don't know how, and I'll bring a bore light for you to see. I may be interested in a trade for a pistol/revolver but am less inclined to this option. It really depends on what you have to offer, email or PM me about it.
