Yeah I've seen this. The off duty was out of line. I saw this on a show where he gave an interview saying that he did nothing wrong.

So grabbing your license off of his clipboard and saying "give me my license back bitch" is not wrong? I'd like to see someone to that to him on a traffic stop and see how he reacts.

Granted the cop was a little bit of a smart ass with the whole, covering of the county on the plate, but like he stated it is illegal there apparently. However, that is no excuse to do what he did.

If LEO has this kind of attitude when the law is looking AT THEM, why does anyone question the people when they say LEO was...errr... emmm... had an attitude with them?
