Red face just to say hi...

hi guys ,I found the site a few days ago and I love it. there's tons of info that I can use on my daily basis. I got my ltcf a year ago, but I still a newbie. my first and only weapon is a taurus millen. pro pt145. I use it as my ccw gun but in the summer time, wearing shorts and shirts, get my some printings, so I did some research in small, weigth, cal. and price and I found kel-tec pf9 very good for me. I just want to know what you guys can say about it.

Hey there! Welcome to the forum! Tons of knowledgeable people here.

Quite a few here have Kel-tecs, try posting on the pistols forum and try using the search feature at the top where the options are. You'll get plenty of well informed replies!

Myself, I've only shot a few kel-tecs, and they performed fine. I didn't like the size, and I have pretty small hands. The felt recoil seemed to be a good bit to me, but I've yet to have my own pistol to have much consistancy to base things off of (yet to shoot a 357 airweight too ). I hope you enjoy yours!

    Welcome aboard!
I don't know anything about the Kel-tecs, but I have the Taurus PT145 Pro as well. Excellent gun for the money. I got mine about a month ago and have about 500rnds through it w/o a problem. It is also my carry piece.
Good luck with your search for info on Kel-tec, sorry I couldn't help.

Kel tec has a reputation for having excellent customer service. They also have a reputation of their customers having to make use of their excellent customer service to repair their broken guns. If your gun stops working in the middle of a fight, how much will free repairs and fast turn around time mean to you?
