There isn't punitive damage. The law requires municipalities to reimburse for the cost of the lawsuit and allows those not harmed by the ordinances to bring suit.

I noticed the NRA logo on that letter... is that trademarked or copyrighted?? If so, i would hope the NRA also files suit against the sender for infringement..just a thought.

Call or email them and ask for information on donating to the cause. They will flood you with paper (costs them) and postage paid envelopes (costs them) and emails (also costs them to pay someone to sit there and write the email, and bandwidth isn't free either). Take the postage paid envelope, and like a previous poster suggested, glue it to a brick and mail it to them. Or, send them a box of dogshit in a plastic bag. I don't think there is a law against that, is there?
