Cafe Press?
Dan and Doug,
Have either of you looked into a cafepress.com type of idea for selling gear? All you do is set up the merchandise online with your logo on it and they handle the rest... then they send you a check for you share of the profit once you hit your designated cutoff amount.
just an idea... let me know if you need any more info on it.

Re: Cafe Press?
We've discussed it in the past and decided that such services offer such low-quality products it's not worth it. I have one that I'm looking at as an option, but as always, t-shirts are very low on our priority list seeing as how we can barely keep the site up and running 100% of the time right now.

Re: Cafe Press?
No problem... I just thought of it because I used to use it to push my bands merchandise. I thought it might be a low maintenance way for you to gain income and sell merchandise.
If there is ever anything I can do to help, please let me know.

Re: Cafe Press?
I have to agree with Dan. I think CafePress is over priced, low quality merchandise.

Re: Cafe Press?
I understand where you are coming from...
Overpriced - YES!
Quality - Everything I have bought from them (my Bands Merchandise) has been pretty good quality material... I still have all of my shirts (they are at least 5 years old) and my wife still has her shirts and undies (the fun kind )
I just liked the fact that we got a check for $100 for hardly doing anything (no inventory control or shipping from our end). Every time our share of the profit hit $100, they sent us a check.
I'm sure there are similar ways to accomplish the same goal for less money and better quality products.
CafePress = Out
Moving on with bigger and better things... WooHoo!Last edited by Tony Fly; October 29th, 2008 at 12:56 PM.
