    Default Stack-On Strong Box PS-514

Have two pistols that I would like to secure at home.

Have done some research for relatively inexpensive box safe and the PS-514 seems to meet my needs.

Anyone have any experience with this safe?

    Many thanks!

Default Re: Stack-On Strong Box PS-514

I had one bolted to the floor at my apartment when I lived there.

It works OK to keep kids away, and possibly inexperienced burglars who are ill-prepared. But it isn't fireproof, and it would be easy as pie to cut through it or break it open...

Frankly, it's very minimal security level. But if you do get it, at the very least, bolt it down solid... I can't stress that enough.

It works well for what it does. But you just have to know that it doesn't do much...
