Friday was a good day

Starting off by having the day off, I got a good nights sleep, did my grocery shopping, a load of laundry, got some lunch and relaxed at home watching cartoons. Early in the afternoon, I see King Shooter's post up a contest asking people to post pics of their Geissele equipped rifles and the winner gets a free hat. I jump in expecting to see 50 people post before and after me and not to win but at least show off my rifle. Lo and behold, I get a message a couple hours later to come in and pick up my free hat! Turns out me and only 2 others entered so they ended up giving each one of us a hat. Driving there I started to think that I would feel like an ass if I went in and didn't buy anything. But what I can buy that I want/need? I don't quite have new Glock money yet. I don't need a holster. I bought ammo a couple weeks ago that I haven't shot yet. I know! I'll buy a lower since that was on my short list. Win a hat, buy a lower. I call that a good day.
