Foil/Zombie/Homeless Questions

I can't seem to get any answers to these questions:

1.- Where can I get TIN foil, not aluminum foil (for thought control block)?

2.- Are the Zombies the old slow staggering type or the new quick ones?

3.- If 80% of all accidents happen in the home where do homeless people go to get hurt?
