Target #B27HR.....was purchased at my local range....but they don't seem to exist online. There are many B27s here but none are HR. What does the HR stand for...and why do they not seem to be sold online?

well mrjam, I looked up the designation myself and did not find it among the official NRA B27 targets. There are a number of B27 and slightly smaller targets like the 27s that are a configuration made up by a particular law enforcement agency be it federal or even local. I have a few variations of those type of targets myself. They are recognized by an agency for scoring purposes, but are not found among the vast collection of "official targets." The target you have pictured may be a home-spun variation that came out of the target makers imagination.....where the HR comes from could be the initials of the designer for all either of us know.
