Corbon (Dakota Ammo Inc) closed during Sturgis
Sturgis' population (2014 count) is 6,741. I phoned Corbon today to ask a question and listened to the recording, stating "due to a town of six thousand swelling to over three hundred thousand, we will be closed until Monday, August 15th"...et cetera. Bet they are avoiding walk-ins. (?)

I was at Sturgis in 1997, and ended up staying in Spearfish as it was the only motel rooms close that were available. Most motels are booked for Bike Week years in advance. If I owned Corbon I'd close and go someplace else, too.
