    Default Ruger 10/22 carbine

Jus bought a brand new ruger 10/22 carbine. I wanted something that was upgradable/cheap2shoot/reliable.

I was looming at charging handles and I came across A skeletonized charging handle but it comes in 2 different options.

Crimped spring guide rod & C-clip spring guide rod.

    Which one would I need?

I plan to put a archangel stock on it and a few other things

    Damn! I like that!

I saw a small company who does an M249 setup for a 10/22 but is too expensive for what it is.

Either one would work. The crimped version is like the standard Ruger charging handle. The C-Clip allows you to disassemble the charging handle unit to clean it.

Both will function in any 10/22.

i should probably knock the front site out as well so its a more flush look, just debating whether itll look better with the post, or a hole where it should be.

Also put in a bolt buffer and a VQ target hammer and sear. You'll love the result.
