non resident reapplying
So I have a ltcf already it's good for another year. But I believe you have to apply in person now? If so I was thinking about reapplying when I get there this week. I'll be in the Phoenixvilla area. My current ltcf is from centre county. Where should apply at that is a painless county near by

here is a quick rundown of the counties and whether they will issue NR permits, I don't know when the last time this was updated so IMO it wouldn't hurt to call and ask whichever one you plan on using to verify this information

To be clear, all counties by law are required to issue NR permits. Some counties feel that they are above the law and no one has taken them to court to stop them yet.
