Free to good home.... almost
I've been a member here at PFOA for several months and have gotten some great info from the people here. I'd like to give something back and since my knowledge on most firearms can fit into a thimble, here goes.
I have a factory Browning Hi Power 9mm 10 round magazine. It is marked -A-, made in Italy and has the extra spring on the bottom to help it eject. I have no use for it but rather than selling it and keeping the money, I will ship it for free if the new owner will make a contribution to the PFOA web site.
I'll take your word that you will make a contribution to what you think the value of this magazine is. You just tell me that you are going to make the contribution, I'll ship the mag.
Here is a photo:
Thanks.

Thats a fantastic idea, and something that I've seen work very well on other forums.
Hold a PAFOA benefit auction between members and the proceeds go to the forum.
It could be anything, gun related or not.==============
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquillity of servitude than the animating contest of freedom, — go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen!”
~Samuel Adams
"I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than to those attending too small a degree of it."
~Thomas Jefferson, 1791

I'm just really trying to help this forum be on the same level or better than the other established fourms.
Thanks!

Don't know how much of this goes on behind the scenes, but I've had a kind member send me something for free after I inquired about purchasing the item. This particular member even refused to accept payment for shipping.
I was asked to do something similar for someone else if I have a chance and I will most certainly do that.
Hint:
it WASN'T the recently banned "The Rifleman" who did this for me.
