Found this story about the town of Hardin Montana and some SERIOUSLY shady things going on there with regards to its empty jail and a no name start up , private security company thats set to take over. Including things like rolling into town in Mercedes SUV's with " Hardin Police Dept " lettering on them , when Hardin hasnt had a " Police Dept " for thirty years, false claims of extensive US Govt Contracting experience, phony Washington DC addresses , the Head of the municipal authority that negotiated the contracts suddenly being placed on administrative leave without explanation , the older guy ( Captain Michael ) heard on the phone and seen in the news clips has a quite distinctive Baltic accent. And generally overall way to secretive non answers for me to be comfortable. Here's some links to the story

If you look closely at the " Hardin Police Dept " logo seen on the doors of the Mercedes SUV's , the bird in the center is an EXACT Duplicate of the " Coat of Arms " for Serbia !!! .

Now lets see here , Mercedes SUV's as Police or Military vehicles are significantly more common in Europe then in the US. Instead I cant think of a time I EVER saw any type of Mercedes SUV or sedan for that matter being used in an official capacity as a marked vehicle for Law Enforcement in the US. Then you have " Captain Michael " of the heavy Baltic accent , and the company using a logo dominated by the central image of a Foreign Countries National Flag ? Thats three awfully convenient coincedences, a few to many for me.
