    Default CCW in Bars

I am having trouble finding the relevant info on CCW in bars. Obviously I would never go out to a bar, get plastered while carrying, but I was in Manayuke yesterday and I wanted to get a whiskey sour, but I was carrying, and the waitress saw I was carrying, so I just ordered a coke with my meal.

What is the relevant statues? Do you have to just be .08 sober? Are you prohibited from carrying in establishments that primarily serve alcohol (like in VA).

Pa has no law like that.
Va. law states, if the bussiness has a license to sell alcohol, you cannot cc, you MUST OC.

You will find no law because it doesn't exist. Perfectly legal regardless of what you may here. Aside from the fact that it is private property and you can be asked to leave.

Yup, no law against carrying in bars, etc. No law against drinking while carrying.
    The obvious caveats apply.

Question asked and answered. Closing before the drinking and carrying debate ensues. If interested in that tired old wrangle, do a search for an existing thread to dive into
