Automatic Rifles Legal to Private Citizens?

According to an email that I received from Top Glock, the 7 circut court of appeals ruled the ban on private sales of fully automatic rifles to private citizens illegal. They are now selling them to the general public according to there web site.

Great price though. Id bet the AG might like to get in on false advertising however.

Plus, if you read the e-mail, it cites a Seventh Circuit decision as changing the law in California. Nope, California is not one of the states covered by the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. If I remember correctly, it's Illinois, Indiana and... ah, one other, I'm blanking. But it's sure not California.
